corto you rock, I'm so glad your doing it with us, don't worry only fam and people we invite get to see, but hopefully it will keep all of us motivated and going long enough to get it done
Excited to see crocky on here too!! Don't worry we won't fault you for eating any halloween food, besides it's the turkey coming up that I'm worried about

Cort, trust me I know how you feel about the humiliation thing, why do you think I look mad at the world in all my photos, but its definitely going to keep me going! Happy leg day tomorrow

    Turkey day...I know, could we have picked a more Holiday and Birthday packed 90 days. :-) Well, South beach makes a killer "holiday and Party" recipe book. I'll make sure we have plenty of those foods available too.
