this is humliating. i guess this will FINALLY be the motivation i need to get rid of this nasty nasty on my body. ps. who all can see this? i dont even know. oh gosh. i am sorry.

IN YOUR FACE MATT I DID IT NNOW WHAT SUCKAAA!!!
#####alright i just got back from stephs apartment and my starting weight its 138!! so cam were are like the exact same!! except i dont know how to do my body fat %... sooo we'll just pretend its the same and now were are totally in the same boat!!!
SOOO today i went to a wellness lecture for my aerobics class! i got alot of good notes and a proper wellness forum diet!! ill post them later. :) i should get extra points for that. :) I LOVE YOU ALL! WE ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
