Weighed in at 238 today. I guess that's alright, lost 2 pounds on the week.
I managed to do kenpo and abb ripper today. First time I've ever completed a week without missing anything. I'm rediculously tired today. I could hardly loosen up enough to do kenpo. no soday today, and pretty good on the halloween candy, but I've slipped a piece or two. I've decided if you really want to be in supreme shape you just have to commit to eat properly. The p90x guide suggest thats the hardest part. I think it is. If I really want to be sub 200 in 3 months, i'll have to really commit to eat right.
