~Day 6 and 7~
Welp- I weighed in yesterday at 133.2. Matt and I did kenpo and WOW!! i don't think i've ever been that winded or pathetic looking during that workout!! haha!! but we did it!! Even on HaLLoWEeN :o) Speaking of Halloween... I actually did ok until 5 pm when ty scored a huge bucket of candy. I had probably 10 little treats of his plus some of our party treats. Funny thing about our party treats.... we wanted to be sure we made healthy and unhealthy treats but ended up eating mostly the unhealthy ones- go figure. So lesson learned: don't even make the unhealthy ones!!!! :) And lesson number 2 learned: ty is a candy/chocoholic!! He gets way too hyper and won't sleep when given unlimited amounts of candy :o) so i'll make sure next year he has a sleep over with DEDE on Halloween! :o)

I didn't weigh myself this morning, but tomorrow i'll weigh in a get pics up here..... week one COMPLETE!!!!! 11 more to go!!!!! :o)

  1. Yeah seriously, I felt pathetic on that Kenpo work out, and I agree, dont' bother with healthy food on halloween, I think of the three, haloween christmas and turkey day, halloween is the hardest for me. I can eat just one piece of cake, but if there's buckets of pb cups, I'm dead.
    I agree, gotta eat good this week that will make all the difference, I'm going to try and plan ahead so I know I'm hitting my calories, and staying away from the fat
