I weighed in at 237.2 today. I was excited about that. Must be the diet this week. I managed
to do two work outs today. Plyo and Cardio. Although I think my second workout was lucky
if it approached a warm up based on my intensity, but at least I made it. Did good on the diet again, except I had a cafeine free soda. I also need to drink more water. They say 8 glasses, I bet I drink 4 a day, if I'm lucky. Anyway feels good to be getting after it again. Good luck to everyone
else.
