Day 26, 27, 28 and 29 :)

So... here is my update again.

Day 26: Friday I weighed in at 131.2 :o) I knew i wouldn't want to work out when I got to utah, so I woke up and did core before i left boise.... MAN!! I love core!! it kicks my butt every time!!! :) I ate ok... well as ok as you can on a 6 hour road trip with kids... :) But we made it! :)

Day 27: Saturday I didn't have yoga X so we did this pilates tape that was good but seemed soooooooo easy compared to yoga X. I was proud that I actually did something but bummed that i missed my last day of yoga :( I weighed in at 132 in the middle of the day with all my clothes and stuff on SO I was a little bummed that I didn't weigh myself right in the morning- but such is life ;)

Day 28: Sunday was my parents anniversary!! filled with bacon wrapped tater tots, peanut butter cups, and a yummy yummy dinner!! other than that... eating wasn't so bad-- lol! BUT I forgot to weigh myself-- bummer!!

Day 29: START OF PHASE 2!!!
I was SOOOOOOOO excited to do a new workout today!! I have never made it this far in the program and I was anxious to switch up the routine a little bit and WOW!!! that workout was CRAZY!! It felt like day one all over again!! I was shaking like crazy on the INSANE pushups that Tony had us do! I am proud to day that I did them all----some on my knees but I did them ALL!! My one handed ones were hilarious!! like I was barely moving an inch down...haha! But I am gonna BRING IT!!! :) I even felt weak on my tri and shoulder things. ITs amazing what switching up the exercises will do for your muscles... no wonder P90X ROCKS!! I wish I could say my eating was better for my first day of phase 2, but i wasn't :-P Tomorrow i'll be better!!!
