Weighed in at 235.4. :( Kind of surprised me. I did plyo and taebo yesterday, and as far as I know I ate well. Not having lost a pound over night isn't really terrible in and of itself. I'm seem to be averaging about 2 pounds a week, or 8 a month. That's not as much as I would like, but it's enough to make a difference, and anything can help. Still, I feel like the results should be stronger, so I'm going to reconsult the diet and see if I can see anything that I'm doing that I could change. I'm pretty anxious for these pictures to start looking different than the first picture. Soon enough I'm sure.
