Nov. 3, Day 2 - So I switched it up this week a little. I want to do this full out, but I didn't do the pull-up workout while I was near a pull up bar so I am going to do the lean routine this week and then switch to regular for week 2. That means I am doing Core tonight baby. Oh yeah. Another work out to drive home the point that I am an out of shape WIMP. I guess that is what we're trying to change right??? BUT I can honestly say I have stuck to the meal plan without cheating. It's a good thing I gave away all Madi's Halloween candy to our Sunday School class. It's also a good thing that Madi is too young to know or care that I did that, right? I'm like Cam, I need to drink more water. And I am excited to try my best to kick my butt every day this week.

yay!!! Core baby!!!! :) that workout kicks my buttttttttt!!! and way to go on your eating....i wish i could say the same, but i've stolen a piece of ty's halloween candy yesterday and today AND i stole fries from ty's happy meal today too... i need to be better at that!!!!!! you rock big sis!!!
