-Day 18-
Weighed in at 235.8 today. This is the first week since I started that I haven't lost any weight. Surprising because I did Tae-bo and several other things that I was sure would add to the loss. But like I mentioned before, I think the scale is deceiving right now. I actually felt like today was one of the first times I could notice a difference in my pictures and in my clothes. Here's hoping it all comes off like I want it to. Either way, I'm feeling better and I guess that's most important.
Well just finished Kenpo, and I had to do abb ripper so I wouldn't miss any this week. So three weeks now no misses. Feel pretty good about that. I sucked terribly at kenpo today, pathetic how tired I am on Saturdays. I'm so glad next week is a recovery week. So glad!
