So--- I need to be good about getting on here everyday again. It makes me more accountable! so here is my rest of last weeks catch up:
Day 19- Friday: I weighed in at 131.8 I did legs and for the first time i bonked in a work out!!!! it was sad :( but I just ate a bar and finished it right away. I also did ab ripper after that. I feel like my abs are getting so much stronger. I don't really physically see a difference, but I and totally tell when I do ab ripper... except in stinking crunchy frogs!!! those are death!!! I DIE on those everytime!! But that is good-- lots more room for improvement :(
Day 20- Saturday: I weighed in at 132.6. Kenpo actuaally felt really good today! I felt like i could focus on flexing and tightening my arms legs and abs throughout the workout instead of just barely making through the workout!
Day 21- Sunday: Day of rest :) I saw some other dudes P90X blog and every week he does a reflection... i think i might try it :)
Week 3 Evaluation
1. Did I lose any weight? I weighed in at 132.8 this morning so I actually had a .2 lb gain this last week---- DIRTY!!!
2. What did I learn? I feel like i'm getting so much stronger! I can do 3 reverse grip pull ups and 1 1/2 close hand and wide pull ups. AND i'm upping my weights in bi and tri stuff. I know the only way I'm going to break through this 131-133 range is my eating, soooooo this week I am going to FOCUS on my eating!! For the first time i'm writing down everything i'm eating to keep me accountable!!! wish me luck!!
3. Any set backs? See above comments about my diet.
4. My Mood? I notice my whole day goes better if I get up and workout first rather than at night so i'm not thinking and stressing about it all day. Plus it gets me in the mood to eat healthy and get stuff done :) Some days are better than others :-P But for the most part I think we're doing good!!!
5. Enjoyable still? Yes, and I can't wait for recovery week!!
Oh--- and I 'll take pics again after this week :o)
