November 5
-Day 10-

Well, I missed yesterday, I'm really dissapointed. I didn't want to miss any days, but I was feeling pretty awful so I'll let it slide. I managed to get through shoulders and arms today and do the ab workout. If time allows, I'll do Yoga tonight so that I'm back on track for the week. Minus whatever bug I'm fighting off right now, I'm feeling so much better already. The first week was terrible as always, but I'm off the sauce, and have more energy day to day. Certain workouts like ab ripper are starting to seem doable, although plyo still slaughters me. I'm more determined than ever this time, to get it done in 90 days. Tired of being tired all the time. Hope it's going well for everyone else.
