November 7
-Day 12-
Weighed in today at 236. So 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Not spectacular, but not bad either. At least I'm feeling better, I'm hopeful this coming week will be a break out week for me. I completed all the work outs and abb ripper, so 2 weeks now and no misses. Although if Tony could have seen Cam and I doing Kenpo tonight, I think he would have recommended Tony with the folks workouts. It was pathetic to say the least. I'm not sure if I ever got my heart rate up, but we did it and abb ripper, so we're on to week two. Most importantly, I have to eat my food. I stayed away from the junk this week, but when I didn't eat enough I bonked at night and wanted to snack on cheese and nuts, no bueno. second, I have to stop soda, and drink my water, i need to buy some crystal light.
