I got yoga in, and here's the latest photo, still look like my heads on crooked, looks like everythings crooked, maybe I should see a chiro or something to get me all adjusted so I look a little more lined up, but felt good to do Yoga tonight. That means I haven't missed a work out now since starting. Yeah!
Not sure I'm looking better yet, but that's all good, I remember it was about week 3 when I really started to notice the weight coming off last time. Found insanity workout tonight on beach body, can't wait to try that, looks like it would kill ya

  1. Well my goal this week was to get all 6 workouts in and to finish each workout. I've done good at the finishing each workout especially plyo but may only get 4/6 workouts in this week. So next week my goal will be to get all 6/6 and ab ripper x. Haven't weighed myself and don't want to yet. However all my clothes are big on me and time to buy new jeans. And yesterday I got out a box of clothes I haven't been able to wear since our DC days. finally past Texas!
