Day 5

So, apparently I have been eating like a crazy pig the past little while because i don't know how but i keep dropping the pounds like crazy this week. This morning I weighed in at 132.0.... weird!! maybe it's because I'm sick... who knows... but sweet! whatever :) i'm still feeling a little under the weather but well enough to attempt legs and back AND ab ripper!!! i'll post later to let you all know i did it :)

I want to figure out how to make a little chart to put on here that we can all post if we do our workouts daily and stuff.... if anyone knows how to that that, let me know :) oh AAAND... kristin found some awesome HEALTHY halloween treats!! i'll make her post them!!!

soooo- i'm back and happy to report that i DID do the both the workouts today! And on the ab ripper, I kept my legs up the entire time on the MAsOn TwiSt!! I was dying and my legs were shaking like crazy but i did it!! I think this is the first time in all my bad attempts to do P90X that i've done the ab ripper all 3 times in one week!!!! yay for me!! :0) haha :) Final thing... Matt is having a really back sugar tooth tonight... any suggestions to help curb those??
