Day 4
Well... Day 4 and i hadn't missed a day yet!! --including doing the ab ripper :o) I weighed in this morning at 134.4 and was feeling pretty good! Buuuuut i've been sick all day so i wasn't able to do yoga :( So, I'm bummed that my first week i'm already slackin...but i'll jump back on in no time!! 3 things: 1- I need to drink WAY more water! 2-1 need to separate my hands more on the dive bomber push ups so i don't tweek my shoulder again. 3-I know it's the 3rd grade teacher in me but excercise sticker charts are the best!!! There's just something about seeing that star next to your name when you get all done with those crazy workouts!! I highly recommend making one!! i'll take pictures of ours and post it soon!! oh and number 4-- CORT WHERE ARE YOU PICS???

OH THEYRE HERE!!!!!!!! it just took a little while before someone could come over and take them for me. all i gotta say is i dont ever wanna wear nothing but spandex ever again.
