So this is me day 1. I weighed in at 239.6 and first measurement showed 26% body fat (although we're going to redo that tomorrow, we're hopeful body fat is closer to 24%). Either way it's still pretty sorry. I did p90x last year and lost over 20 pounds in 2 months. I got down to 206, and then put it all back on over the summer. I've now reached critical mass :). I apologize for all you I invite to look at this site, at least for the first few weeks, but I read about a guy who took a picture a day, and blogged about it everyday. He said it kept him accountable, so here goes. If I stay the course, I'll be finished with my 3 month crash course on my birthday January 16. Gotta love extreme diets, through thanksgiving and Christmas. On my birthday, I want to be sub 200 pounds, and eating a red velvet cheesecake and chipotle pasta at the Cheesecake factory in celebration. :) Wish me luck
